Join “Barrelates” for a powerful blend of barre, Pilates, and cardio designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energize your entire body. This dynamic class combines core-focused mat work, targeted barre movements, and heart-pumping cardio, offering a complete workout that enhances strength, flexibility, endurance, and cardiovascular health. 


Foam rollers are provided, and we finish with a guided foam rolling session to help release tension and improve recovery. Perfect for all levels, “Barrelates” is where strength meets grace.
